Some people crave sugar, others chocolate, some salty chips. Nope, not me. I crave appetizers. I'm constantly striving to find easy, healthier snacks. This is my go-to favorite. It's quick, easy, and not awful for you (for those on WW, it's around 4 Points Plus)!
4 Wonton Wrappers
1/4 Cup Shredded Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese OR one stick of Mozzarella string cheese
1/4 Cup Marinara Sauce
1. Evenly distribute the cheese between the four Wonton wrappers and roll them up.
2. Place on a baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray or spread a little EVOO on them so they turn out nice and crispy.
3. Bake for about 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees. Flip cheese sticks over about midway through.
It's that easy! Think of all of the other things you could stuff into these low-point wonton wrappers...
