{Valentine Exchange} | My Gift from Annalea

A couple weeks ago I posted about participating in the Valentine Exchange going on over at Happy Hour Projects. I was paired with Annalea from Make It Give It and I couldn't be more excited to share my Valentine gift from Annalea today!!! She totally spoiled me and I have to say that this has been my favorite Valentine's Day yet.
